01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cb888", "We", "Us", or "the Platform" — refers to cb888, operated at cb888.bid, and all of its online casino, sportsbook, live dealer, fishing game, and ancillary services.
• "Member", "You", or "Player" — refers to any individual who has completed the cb888 registration process and holds a verified or pending-verification account.
• "Account" — the unique member profile registered in the name of a Pakistani individual, associated with a single Pakistani mobile number and CNIC, within which a PKR wallet balance is maintained.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins credit equivalents, cashback amounts, tournament prizes, or reload bonuses credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" or "Withdrawable Balance" — PKR funds deposited directly by a Member, or winnings that have cleared applicable wagering requirements, that are eligible for withdrawal without restriction.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process conducted by cb888 using Pakistani national identity documentation (CNIC or NICOP).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region in which access to online gambling is unlawful under applicable local legislation and in which cb888 does not operate licensed services.
• "Services" — all products, games, betting markets, wallet functions, support channels, and features accessible via cb888.bid, including but not limited to the live dealer casino, online slots, sports betting, Dragon Tiger, Relax Fishing, and the cb888 Login portal.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cb888.bid, completing the registration process, or using any Service provided by cb888, you confirm and agree that:

1. You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and accept them without reservation;
2. You have read and accept the cb888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms;
3. You are of legal gaming age (21 years or older) and are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction;
4. You are not registering on behalf of any other individual, business entity, or for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by cb888;
5. You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and that cb888 does not guarantee any financial return from participation in any game or betting market.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

cb888 Services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. cb888 enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based age verification during the KYC process. Providing false date of birth information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Residency: cb888 is operated for members accessing the platform from permitted jurisdictions. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of cb888 Services does not violate any applicable law in their jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) cb888 account. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of cb888, nor are you an immediate family member living in the same household as such a person.
• Mental Capacity: You are accessing cb888 of your own free will, with full legal capacity, and are not acting under the influence of any condition that impairs your judgment or decision-making.

04 Account Registration

To access cb888 Services, you must complete the registration process. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Failure to keep account details current — particularly your registered mobile number, which is used for OTP authentication and withdrawal security — may delay or prevent access to your funds.

cb888 assigns each member a unique account identifier upon registration. This identifier, combined with your registered mobile number or chosen username, serves as your cb888 login credential. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. cb888 will never request your password through any communication channel.

cb888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its discretion where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, ineligibility, or any violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

05 Know Your Customer (KYC)

cb888 is required by its international gaming licence conditions to conduct identity verification — Know Your Customer, or KYC — for all members. KYC may be triggered at registration, at the time of a member's first withdrawal request, or at any time cb888 deems necessary for compliance purposes.

KYC documentation requirements for Pakistani members include:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of both sides of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account associated with your registered mobile number);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by cb888's compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts with incomplete or failed KYC. cb888 aims to process complete KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours during business days in Pakistan Standard Time. Members are encouraged to complete KYC proactively upon registration to avoid any delay in withdrawal processing at a later stage.

06 Deposits & Payments

cb888 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK interbank transfer — are listed in the Payments section of the cb888 platform and may be updated from time to time.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit at cb888 is Rs 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, and Rs 500 via bank transfer. cb888 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

Deposit Confirmation: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in the member's cb888 wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take between 2 and 10 minutes depending on the sending institution and network conditions. cb888 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

Deposit Source: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Currency: cb888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any cross-currency transfer attempted through bank wire may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's cost.

07 Withdrawals

cb888 processes withdrawal requests for Real Money Funds that are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements. Members must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed.

Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer.

Processing Times: For KYC-verified accounts, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. cb888 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the receiving institution, Pakistan interbank network congestion, or public holidays.

Withdrawal Fees: cb888 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard verified member accounts making withdrawals via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to charges imposed by the receiving financial institution, which are outside cb888's control.

Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the member's wallet section. These limits may be adjusted by cb888's compliance team based on account verification level and transaction history.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

cb888 offers various promotional bonuses to members from time to time, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins credits, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the point of offer.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer table games, certain slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates as specified in individual promotion terms. Check the specific bonus terms before playing.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless promotional terms for a specific offer explicitly permit stacking. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without authorisation is considered bonus abuse.
• Maximum Bonus Win Cap: Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cap as stated in individual promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the cap will not be credited to the member's Withdrawable Balance.
• cb888 Discretion: cb888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without notice. In the event of suspected bonus abuse, cb888 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

09 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the cb888 platform operates according to rules specific to that game, which are accessible from within the game interface. Members are encouraged to read individual game rules before placing real money bets. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules.

RNG Certification: All non-live casino games on cb888 — including slots, RNG table games, and fishing game mechanics — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by accredited independent testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each certified slot title is published in the game lobby.

Live Dealer Games: cb888's live dealer games use physical playing cards and wheels operated by certified human dealers. The integrity of all live dealing actions is maintained by cb888's live studio provider partners, whose certification standards are independently verified.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one cb888 account under the same or different identities;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including chip-dumping, low-risk bonus clearing strategies that breach stated game contribution rules, or coordinated bonus exploitation;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or tournament on cb888;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, software macros, or any automated mechanism to place bets, make decisions, or interact with cb888 Services in place of a human member;
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a cb888 account;
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, providing forged CNIC documentation, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to cb888;
• Money Laundering: Using cb888 as a vehicle for the placement, layering, or integration of illegally obtained funds;
• Harassment: Using cb888 chat features, feedback channels, or any other communication tool to threaten, harass, or abuse cb888 staff, live dealers, or other members.

11 Responsible Gaming

cb888 is committed to responsible gaming and operates a suite of player protection tools available to all registered Pakistani members. These tools are accessible via the Responsible Gaming section of account settings and are activated immediately upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits may be set by any member at any time. Limits take immediate effect when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period when increased;
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum net loss amount per session, day, or week, after which cb888 will prevent further wagering for the specified period;
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Members may set session duration limits and receive on-screen notifications at set intervals displaying total time played and net session result;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, during which no deposits or gaming activity are permitted;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account suspension for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by cb888 support and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period. Members who self-exclude will have all marketing communications from cb888 ceased immediately.

12 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the cb888 platform — including but not limited to the cb888 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, promotional materials, game graphical assets (to the extent produced or licensed by cb888), and software — is the exclusive property of cb888 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use cb888's platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any cb888 content without prior written authorisation.

Game assets, game logic, and game software made available on cb888 are licensed to cb888 by third-party providers and remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or reproduce game software or mechanics is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by cb888 is governed by the cb888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering with cb888, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

cb888 collects personal data including name, CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, payment method details, and gaming activity logs for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and anti-money laundering compliance. cb888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between Pakistani members' devices and cb888 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Member account data is stored in secure, access-controlled environments in compliance with cb888's international licensing obligations.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cb888 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from participation in any game or betting market on the cb888 platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the cb888 platform;
• Loss of winnings due to game malfunctions, disconnections, or technical errors outside cb888's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, Pakistani banking institutions, or telecommunications network disruptions;
• Any actions taken by cb888 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension, KYC holds, or bonus cancellations.

cb888's total aggregate liability to any individual member for any cause of action arising in connection with these Terms or the cb888 platform shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Account Closure & Termination

Member-Initiated Closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting cb888 support. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and all bonus funds (if not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be forfeited.

cb888-Initiated Closure: cb888 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, multiple account violations, identity discrepancies, regulatory requirements, or where a member's jurisdiction ceases to be a permitted market.

In the event of cb888-initiated closure due to Terms violations, cb888 reserves the right to withhold or confiscate all balances in the account, including Real Money Funds, pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, Real Money Funds will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

16 Amendments to Terms

cb888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and by posting the updated Terms on cb888.bid with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the cb888 platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 15. cb888 is not obligated to maintain prior versions of these Terms indefinitely, though version history is retained for regulatory purposes.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and the entire relationship between cb888 and its members are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which cb888 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, members consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and dispute resolution bodies within that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the cb888 platform.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, members are encouraged to first contact the cb888 customer support team at the address listed in Section 18. cb888 commits to investigating and responding to all member complaints within five (5) business days in Pakistan Standard Time. If the matter cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, it will be escalated to cb888's compliance team for a final internal determination.

Transaction Disputes: For disputes relating to specific transactions, bets, or game outcomes, cb888 will review server-side logs, RNG records, and payment processing records. The findings of this review, conducted by an appropriately qualified internal team, constitute cb888's final position on the disputed matter.
